We are a boutique venue sourcing agency with a bringing together over 30 years of collective experience in the events industry, predominantly from an operations background. We have set up What the Fact venue consultancy alongside our venue sourcing agency to help not only us, but many other venue finders and corporate buyers to work in harmony with hotels & venues across the globe.
What?
We provide audits of sales collateral for hotel chains, independent hotels, venues and sales reps. Our focus is on identifying areas where they may fall short on providing essential information for buyers to make informed decisions about their event spaces. We specifically focus and analyse details such as capacities, photos, floorplans and number of bedrooms. This ensures the key facts meet the needs of potential clients.
Where?
Any hotel or venue around the world that has a focus on the Meetings, Incentive, Conference and Exhibitions (M.I.C.E) or the corporate events industry as a whole.
Why?
We work with hotels and venues all day long and consistently see how much of the information they give us is fluffy & not required in order to make a decision. The events industry is now more demanding than ever with shorter lead times. Our aim is to make the venue sourcing process faster, more efficient and in turn, produce more sales. We decided to take action and set up a consultancy to improve the collateral and have #morefactslessfluff.
